Is the Thermomix TM5 Cook-Key compatible with all routers?
There are only a couple of routers that are not compatible. The Netgear N300 DGND 2200 V3 and Netgear N600 DGND 3700 V2. If you have any concerns, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 1800 004 838.
Vital for the thermomix
Very pleased with my cook-key.
I've been happy up until now with the cook key. I bought the TM5 and cook key just over 2 years ago and is now out of warranty. Yesterday my cook key stopped working. I contacted service and they sent me instructions to reset the cook key which didn't work. I was told I would need to purchase a new cook key. I also may need to send the thermomix in for a service as the locking mechanism for the lid has been coming up with an error. Not happy that a $2,000 machine only lasts 2 years and then has faults.
I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchases, however I am sure that we will be able to repair your TM5 and have it working as good as new! I would let our service team know what issues you are having and we should be able to resolve them. I hope that helps!
Extremely happy and the variety of recipes now accessible
Awesome product, highly recommend.
Unfortunately, when we started using it, we started getting the c160 error message whenever we got to the -very last step- of -any recipe-. The only way to finish the cook is to remove the cook-key.
Still haven’t chased up the error with Thermomix as apparently (according to other people who receive the error message) we have to send our thermomix away to get fixed - which we can’t do because we LOVE our thermomix :(
