Can break with hard items
Its the only blade available for my machine and is expensive. It cuts well and I use my machine for my food company all the time. It would be great if it had a pressure response so if the food was to hard it would stop and not break.

Thanks for your feedback Deb, we have designed our blades to be very sturdy so it should last a while before you have to replace it. I have taken note of your feedback however and will keep it in mind for the future.
