Bake perfect muffins and cupcakes with this 12 cup rose gold muffin tray. Its non-stick surface releases food simply, perfect for baking sweet or savoury creations.
Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel, this tray provides even heat distribution for fantastic and consistent baking results.
Our high quality rose gold bakeware is made with carbon steel and free from PTFE & PFOA, chemical compounds often used in non-stick coating. To get the best results a light coating of oil or butter should be used on the tray before the batter is added. Always follow the care instructions. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time. This does not affect the integrity of the surface.

Take a sledgehammer to crack a nut
High-grade material, nicely fitted parts and a non-stick coating are the main positive aspects of this tray.
But this comes at a price:
High-grade material:
- The heavy tray is hard to handle.
Fitted parts
- It is not made from one piece and has lots of gaps which are hard to keep clean and dry.
Non-stick coating:
- Cannot be heaten up beyond 230 degrees
- Not dishwasher safe which is especially a problem regarding all the gaps.
This is a nice piece of work, but In my view it is not suitable for the purpose.
In addition, we got ours with a bend (scratch) on the top surface.

Although our Muffin Tray is non-stick, if your mixture is particularly sticky, I would recommend giving your pan a thin coating of oil or butter just to make sure it all comes out smoothly. In terms of cleaning, we recommend washing in hot soapy water with a soft cloth for extra longevity. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time, however, this won't affect the usability.
