The steel frame is a game changer. No more wobbling silicone and spilling mixture when you try and transfer from the bench to the oven And no need to put a tray underneath in the oven limiting the heat to the bottom of your muffin. The steel frame stays rigid and makes rotating, transferring and moving your trays so much easier.
And being silicone, your baking just pops straight out - no need for oil or lining with baking paper!

These silicone steel reinforced trays need next to no greasing and everything just comes out so easily. I now give these as gifts and everyone who gets them loves the trays too.
Great, so easy to use and can put in and out of oven without going wobbly because of steel frame
not a fan - my muffins come out lop-sided - someone told me its because of the fan force oven & how the silicone moves
