Blade seal

Blade seal fine but didn't fix the problem of leakage from the Thermomix when cooking. Very frustrating.

New seal leaking

I bought 2 x new seals & one must be faulty as I have had liquids leaking out of the bottom of my one of my jugs on a couple of occasions. Have owned my TM31 for about 7 years and this is the first time I have replaced the blade seals and the first time I have ever had liquids leak out of the bottom.

I emailed Thermomix Australia a week ago and have not received a response.

Great customer service!

Still leaking

After replacing this seal, the bowl is still leaking liquids at temperatures higher than 50-60 degrees, which was the problem that prompted the replacement in the first place. A little better than before, but certainly not a real solution. Product recommended 'yes' because you have no alternative to replace it with, and it's a better option that leaving the old seal to deteriorate further.
