Lid won't stay open
Great at keeping sauces hot or cold as required. Only problem is the lid won't stay open while pouring the sauce into the jug, so one hand is holding the lid open, while the other is pouring the sauce. Means you can't scrape out the last remains bit of sauce from TM bowl. I purchased 2 of these jugs and they both have lids that don't stay open when needed.

Thanks for your feedback Marie, we agree it is so good at keep sauces hot or cold! We designed the lid so it can be opened and closed easily with your thumb while you are pouring. This means you can also use it one-handed. We also wanted it to close automatically so if you are busy catering for a large group of guests you don't have to worry about the lid accidentally staying open. I will keep a note of your feedback however and keep it in mind for future orders.
