Leaking t.m

It has helped my leaking problem, half the time. I have a grey liquid under the t.m bowl when I remove it to clean . I thought maybe it wasn’t dry enough after washing , but that isn’t my problem . Maybe it needs a service . Not sure what to do next

Hi Sharon, thanks for getting in touch! It sounds like your blades are showing signs or wear and tear and will need to be replaced. The substance that has come through is a food safe lubricant which is leaking from your blades. You can find replacement blades for your TM31 on TheMix shop here https://thermomix.com.au/products/tm31-blade-set. Thermomix is still leaking

I've replaced the blade seal and the plastic bowl base and it's still leaking. It's TM31

No leaks anymore

I have a 2nd hand TM31 and it was leaking when I was making soups. The new seal has fixed the problem. Perfect!

TM31 new Blade Seal

Unfortunately the new seal didn't fix the problem of leaking out onto base.

My daughter had the same problem, purchased a new seal and and found the same thing happened.
