To keep your pizza knife looking and cutting its best, we recommend slicing your pizza on a wooden board and handwashing the blade with a soft cloth, mild soap and warm water and drying with a tea towel. Avoid washing with harsh or abrasive detergents and scrubbing pads, or using metal utensils or knives on the blade, and always store with the blade cover on to protect your hands and keep your blade sharp as new.
