Cleaning with water is a big no-no for any pizza stone, as it can cause them to crack. So always use your wire pizza oven brush and scraper dry and allow your pizza oven and stone to cool completely before cleaning. We recommend handwashing your brush in warm water and mild detergent after use and storing in a dry place indoors, out of the reach of children (that scraper blade is very sharp). Oxidation may discolour the stainless steel bristles and blade with time, but won’t compromise the cleaning performance.

Excellent brush…
While it is a good brush to clean down the pizza stone. The scraper on the top prevents you from getting right up the back while the stone is in the pizza oven. It’s a shame it didn’t come in the box with the pizza oven as a set .
