Peruvian roast chicken with green sauce and avocado salad
This is one of our absolute favourite low carb chicken recipes for a family dinner or a summer barbecue. Because it tastes SO good, no one ever realises they’re eating low carb! And to cook it exactly to our liking, we love to use the MEATER+ . A chicken dinner that keeps you on track with your low carb diet and everyone else happy has got to be a winner.
Keto bread rolls
Bread and baked goods are the biggest challenges on a keto or low carb diet. They’re the comforts and the lunch and snack-time conveniences many of us crave more than anything. In fact, we’ve been inundated with requests for recommendations, so here’s our top takeaway on making keto and low carb baking easy.
Dairy and grain-free wraps
For quick and easy low carb lunches, whip up a batch of these wraps. Pop them in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer (rolled between sheets of baking paper) and they’ll keep for two to three days in your fridge, or up to four weeks in your freezer. Thaw out and reheat your wraps by dry-frying them in a pan.
