It does not have an adequately deep water well. Evaporates I this cli ate 8n less than 24hours. I put in 2 complai T's to thermomix asking for a refund but have not had a rep.y

Very awkward to remove fermented veg from pot to jars to store. Even though I was careful, my first ferment went mouldy on top after 3 days. I think it would be easier using a glass jar, rather than the ferment pot.
Hi Sandi, don't give up just yet! It's important the brine that completely covers your ingredients. Be sure to fill the water seal at the top of the crock with water before placing the lid on. This will create a seal to stop bugs and bacteria entering your crock.
