So easy to clean now

Very happy with this purchase. It's very easy to operate and fits underneath my furniture so much better than my old vacuum. I love that I can vacuum and mop my tiles, all in one.

It's easy to change both between the vacuum and mop heads and to use the attachments, plus easy to attach the mop pad underneath. I love that it warns me when the water and battery is running low/run out.

The only downside I've found is with long hair strands... once they are wet the vacuum doesn't take them up and the mop pad sometimes just moves them about on the floor. But as I vacuum the carpet first, I just whizz around and nab the hair I see in the bathrooms etc, as I move thru the carpetted areas.

Also, the battery doesn't last for all my vacuuming and then mopping (large 4 bdm 2 bathroom home), without charging in between. So I vacuum the carpets, put it to charge while I clean the bathrooms and then mop the tiles throughout.

Over all, very happy with my purchase and anticipate many years of easy and efficient cleaning.

Love love love this

The only negative is that this uses bags. I would love to see a bagless variety. Other than this I love this vacuum. I especially love that I can complete 2 jobs at once. I have a large floor plan with vinyl planks, tiles and carpet. Having one device that can clean all 3 surfaces is actually life changing. Before I would vacuum in 3 stages due to poor battery life. Now I can get it all done in one go. My floors have never been cleaner.

The best investment

Love love love this machine! Makes cleaning floors a breeze. Mum of 2 busy little boys so need something easy and quick to set up so can be used regularly. Works great on vinyl plank as well as tiles.
