Have had a wonderful day today with a refresher consult and finding delicious GF recipes to enable me to easily cater for my friend without having to agonise over it. The pecan,apple and carrot pudding is so yummy.

Cooking for Two (or more!)

Cooking for You and Me is a fabulous book for cooks wanting to do small amounts for a small number of people. However, I still find there is ample for seconds for another day on some recipes - which for me is fantabulous. Fave dish? Mediteranean Vegetable bake. Soo good.
