I’m impressed with the easy ideas when creating delicious meals for 2 people.
I am baking several recipes from this book this weekend in my trusty T31and I will use the suggestion to freeze extra portion.
The book is great as I am on my own the recipes are just the right size and you don’t wast food.
Initially I was sceptical. BUT my thermomix mix (TM6) is easy to use, has really great family and special recipes and is saving me grocery money. I freeze left overs and have made some great treats for my colleagues. The sales woman (Jo O'Reilly) is easily accessible for tips and advise, and happy to help.
I have come to love my Thermomix!
