It’s not curry night without naan, right? (BTW, you’ll also find a simple Chicken tikka masala recipe in the book.) This bread is so easy to make. Prove and stretch out your dough on the ThermoMat – you can even get the kids to help with the shaping. For added oomph, turn it into garlic naan. It's a lot of fun, different and easy to use
Saved on the additional memory chip, thanks
I had not even thought of buying a thermomix but I’m so glad I did. It is an amazing machine. Linda who did the demonstration was just fantastic, she is a lovely lady and does her job extremely well, any questions we had she answered and didn’t mind stopping along the way to do so. I probably use it 2 nights a week at the moment as I’m still learning. I think it is a great machine for any young mums, it would say so much time in the kitchen.
This is a great book with so many amazing recipes. I have tried lots of them already.
