As easy to clean as it is to use, your non-stick Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin will roll for many years with a little regular oiling. To seal and protect the wood, we recommended oiling the surface with a food-safe, odourless mineral oil like grapeseed oil and repeating once a month.
To clean after each use, avoid soaking that can cause the wood to crack. Just wet a cloth with warm soapy water, wipe down your rolling pin and stand it up on its end to air dry before storing away. Your rolling pin guides are dishwasher friendly, so they can go straight in the top drawer for cleaning, or handwash in warm soapy water.
