Our Rose Gold Butter Knife, curler, grater and spreader is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But to keep it looking, cutting, curling and spreading its best, we recommend handwashing with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth (avoiding harsh, high-alkaline detergents, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads) and hand drying with a tea towel.
I really like the knife. It looks elegant in the rose gold and the design is effective in getting the butter out to spread. Never seen a knife like it before. Great innovative design.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed Jacqui. We find this butter knife suits homemade butter best. Results may also differ depending on the temperature. If your butter is kept in the cupboard (especially during summer) it might be too soft to produce beautiful curls. Hopefully, this helps you get more use out of your butter knife.
