The Mondo Chiffon / Angel Cake Pan will ensure you create an impressive light and fluffy sponges, chiffon and angel cakes.
Its tapered sides and inner tube allow your cake batter to rise and bake with uniform heat.
After baking, invert the pan using the 3 supports around the edge to avoid deflating the cake. The base disconnects to easily unmould the cake without breakage or damage.
Made from premium 3003 alloy and is anodized.
This anodizing process hardens and seals the surface producing an attractive, smooth and safe finish.
Handwash only

As usual another perfect accessory. Functional and sturdy. Works well.
I have used the cake pan four times since purchasing it and every time the cake batter would leak from the bottom. It helps when I place it on a tray but that tempers with the temperature.
Product is exactly what I wanted.
Perfect cake pan for making chiffon cake - I love this and have used it regularly since purchasing!
It is quite a big pan and I’ve found recipes calling for ~8 eggs make for the best chiffon cake in terms of size to create the fluffiest texture. Using less eggs sometimes creates a slightly more dense cake as it does not rise as much (still delicious though).
For anyone who is having issues with their chiffon cake, the trick is to flip it upside down to cool immediately and only remove once it’s cool. I’ve also read perching the cake tin on top of another item so it’s even further lifted from the surface helps in keeping the structure of the cake (something to do with condensation from the heat of the cake straight out of the oven against table surface). Yet to try but either way, love it and will keep using and trying different recipes!
