Feedback on Recent Purchase Poor company policy and customer service
I purchased my first “The Mix” lunch box and two small containers on August 16th for $70.40 AUD. I was impressed with the capacity and the included cutlery, which made it very convenient for my child to take to school. Because of this, I decided to order two more “The Mix” lunch boxes for my other two children on September 6th, spending $119.85 AUD.
However, after just a few days of use, I noticed that the price of “The Mix” lunch box on their website had dropped from $54.95 to $32.97 AUD for each. This sudden price drop made me extremely uncomfortable. When I contacted their staff to ask if they could refund the price difference since I had just made the purchase not long ago, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a direct refusal.
The service attitude I experienced was extremely unsatisfactory, and I am very disappointed with the company’s policies and customer service. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be recommending their products to my friends and family.
